Jesmonite starter set - With round silicone mold

The set includes:

• Jesmonite AC100 mineral powder base (250gr): The mineral powder forms the basis of the material, which must be mixed with the liquid component to achieve the desired consistency.
• Jesmonite AC100 Liquid Component (100 ml): This water-based, solvent-free acrylic polymer is mixed with the base powder to form a strong, durable material.
• Silicone Molds: High quality, detailed silicone molds that ensure accurate and professional looking castings. The form is a circle with a diameter of 10 cm.
• Pigments: Intense dyes that you can use to make your creations unique. The pigments are easily mixed into the acrylic resin and produce vibrant colors.
• Rubber gloves: In order to work safely, the package also includes a pair of rubber gloves.
• Step-by-step guide: Step-by-step instructions on how to use materials and the best techniques for successful creation.

Usage:

1. Prepare a horizontal, clean work surface and place the necessary raw materials and tools. After mixing the Jesmonite AC100 components, you have 5-7 minutes to pour.
2. Measure Jesmonite AC100 Liquid Component and Mineral Port in a 1:2.5 ratio. Mix the powder with the liquid and work thoroughly until it is smooth and lump-free.
3. Add a small amount of pigment (max. 2%) to the mixture and mix until the color is uniform. Jesmonite Glitter Chips and

5. Pour the resin mixture into the silicone molds, then tap the filled molds gently against the work surface to release air bubbles.
6. 15-30 minutes after casting, the resin will harden enough that you can remove it from the mold, although this depends on the room temperature and the properties of the silicone mold. Then let it solidify for 24 hours.

Tips and advice:
It is important to accurately measure and perfectly mix the two components to avoid loss of strength and slow healing.
Jesmonite AC100 contains high-quality pure acrylic resin, but in order to be permanently waterproof, its surface must be treated!
Store tightly closed, in a dry, frost-free place, at a constant temperature between 5-25 °C.
