DIY parfume
Homemade perfumes are based on high-quality essential oil, which can not only enchant them with their scent, but also have a significant therapeutic effect. This is why, due to the duality, it is worth replacing artificially produced perfumes with natural solutions. In-store perfumes are full of chemicals, not only does it not want on the skin, but it is not so desirable to inhale.
Conventional perfumes contain several substances such as acetone, benzaldehyde, benzyl acetate, benzyl alcohol, camphor, ethanol, ethyl acetate, limonene, linalool, methylene chloride, and phthalates, stearates, and parabens. These toxins (often a combination of these cause more trouble) are later found not only in semen but even in breast milk.
However, natural, homemade perfumes are made up of only a few ingredients that you put together in a controlled manner.
Ingredients:
- spray glass, but you can also make it from emptied essential oil glass with the help of the nozzle accessory OR 10 ml roll-on bottle
- essential oils (good quality, 100%)
- Carrier oil (such as fractionated coconut oil) or distilled water
Preparation:
1. Put the essential oils in the spray bottle and pour in the distilled water.
OBSESSION
2. Put the essential oils in a roll-on bottle and pour over the carrier oil.
Use:
For shelf life, it is important that perfumes are not exposed to direct sunlight, as it is not good for essential oils. Alternatively, if you want to make the scent more durable, you can add an antioxidant (such as vitamin E).
It is advisable to shake well and use it at the pulse points (wrist, neck, nape) before each use.
Below are some recipes, but they can be varied with your favorite essential oils.
Be careful with citrus and photosensitive oils because it is not advisable to go to the sun with them!
